From The Cumberland Trio Reunion Concert Live unbelievable! recorded at the historic Bijou Theatre Center in Knoxville, TN, 9 November 2001, almost two months to the day after the tragic events of 9 / 11 The trio chose this medley in honor of one of their musical heroes of the folk era of the '60s, Bob Shane of The Kingston Trio. Cass Elliot – Do not Call Me Anymore''Mama''[1973]

It is a very serious part of Cass Elliot discography, when finally, a day cut by itself "Mama". She hated the name "Mama Cass". She wanted more than anything to be Elliot Cass. The TV special is fantastic cabaret-style show in the evening. A wonderful entertainer, singer wonderful. Well, extraordinary woman. Do not forget, however, do not call your 'Mama' no more:) Chris. WWW.GOODNEWS.WS 1964 Mary Poppins Theatrical Trailer Mary Poppins is a 1964 musical film starring Julie Andrews and Dick Van Dyke, Walt Disney produced and is based on the Mary Poppins books series by PL Travers with illustrations by Mary Shepard. The film was directed by Robert Stevenson Written and directed by Bill Walsh and Don Dagradi, with songs by the Sherman Brothers. It was filmed at Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, California. Julie Andrews won the Academy Award for Best Actress for her performance as Mary Poppins and the film also wonOscars for Best Film Editing, Original Music Score, Best Song for "Chim Chim Cher-ee" and "Best Visual Effects and received a total of 13 nominations. The first book was the most important basis for the Walt Disney film Mary Poppins, a musical with mixed live action and animation to 27 Premiered in August 1964. It was the Sherman Brothers, who composed the music and song score, and who were also in the picture of development, which involved the setting up of the 1930 AmendedBelle Epoque. Julie Andrews, making her film debut after a successful stage career, was the primary role of Mary Poppins was soon after she was passed over by Jack Warner and replaced with Audrey Hepburn for the role of Eliza Doolittle in his screen adaptation of My Fair Lady, even though Andrews had originated the role on Broadway.
