His uncle, Scar, now in second place on the throne to his brother, Lands and Simba's father, King Mufassa kill, so he can become king. Simba is led to believe that it is his fault and runs away. Examines the musical journey of his life, and as he returns home to complete the circle of life. The Lion King has in production since 1997 and is one of the longest running shows in Broadway history. Still one of the bestSales today shows, The Lion King is perfect for ages 6 years and its success was to come for many years ahead.

Two other Disney productions, which are great for children, Mary Poppins and The Little Mermaid. Mary Poppins is a Broadway musical based on the children's books by PL Travers and the 1964 film. It's about a nurse who take care of files from the sky crashed children in a British family. The show debuted in London in 2004 and on Broadway in2006th It is always a top seller and is suitable for ages 6 and older. The Little Mermaid is a Broadway musical about the actual 1989 Disney film, based the story of Ariel, a mermaid, of leaving the sea for a life in the country dreams told. The show debuted on Broadway in 2007 and has since been a hit. It is suitable for ages 6 and older.

The last but not least, Broadway-show for children recommended to be Billy Elliot, a musical based on the 2000Film in which a young boy with his love of ballet boxes are to pursue.
